Boarding is available on a first-come, first-served basis

Have your e-ticket or printed voucher ready to show at any pier

Valid for travel to or from any pier between Putney and Barking Riverside

The pass is valid for two consecutive days of travel, from booked date.

Please check service timetable for departure times from the piers of your choice

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult

Hazardous items and oversized luggage are not permitted onboard

Regular departures every 20 minutes keep you on the move

Customer Service Assistants are here to help all customers at London Eye, Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and North Greenwich piers from 10:00-18:00.
